Compliance Training Manager

Midas Associates Limited is a focused banking and finance executive search firm formed by Consultants who were senior investment, commercial, corporate & consumer bankers.

Our client, a Reputable Bank, is looking for high caliber candidate for the position.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To identify training and development needs on Compliance & Risks issue
  • Develop Compliance & Risk guidelines and control issues, review operation

procedure manuals and control documents.

  • To update internal / external on Compliance & Risk to related parties.
  • Prepare compliance & risk reports to facilitate control monitoring.
  • Handling enquiries related to Compliance & Risk and resolve with solutions / advice.
  • Enforce a strong Compliance & Risk mindset within the Bank through role modeling

and continuous education.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University graduate in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in banking, compliance, training and development
  • Sound knowledge of banking related regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, detail oriented and with good time management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent with Putonghua
