Job Responsibilities
- Adhere to guest checking in and checking out procedures pertaining to baggage handling
- Welcome guests at the main entrance, offering the greeting appropriate to the time of day taking particular note of repeat guests
- Provide information to guests about the hotel facilities and services
Job Requirement
- 1 year experience in hotel Concierge operation
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality
