Job Description

  • Greet guests at hotel entrance
  • Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the hotel
  • Answer guests enquiries about hotel amenities, services, hours of operation and local areas of interest and activities
  • Supply guests with directions

Qualifications

  • Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality
  • Good command of English and Cantonese. Putonghua is a plus
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills is an added advantage
