Concierge / Bell Attendant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be the positive initial and final contact with guests, whilst ensuring the concierge is kept running efficiently at all times
  • To handle guest luggage, transportation and packages within the hotel area
  • Provide general information to the guests and answer guest enquiries with friendliness and professionalism manner
  • Ensure all guests and visitors are greeted, attended to and assisted with attentiveness

Job Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management is an advantage
  • 1-year related working experience preferred (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of computer operating systems, such as Microsoft office software
  • Ability to communicate in English and Chinese
  • Service oriented and a team player
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
