Provide a pro-active and enthusiastic arrival and departure experience
Make restaurant recommendations and reservations for hotel guests within or outside the hotel
Answer to guest queries by demonstrating first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise through description and superb recommendation
Handle confirmation and re-routing as well as purchase of airline tickets
Arrange sightseeing trips by limousine, coach or boat
Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests
Arrange visa processing for in-house guests
Ensure that the Concierge Desk information is always up-to-date
Relevant experiences in guest services or hotels
Outgoing and friendly personality
Good communication skills in both English & Chinese
Good knowledge of Hong Kong and major Tourist attractions
Willing to work shift duties including Overnight
