A well-established property management company is looking for high calibre to join us:
•To handle enquires / complaints/ emergency incidents of residents and visitors in the managed property;
•Supervise daily operations of the concierge counter and deliver premium services to residents/visitors;
•Assist in ad hoc tasks as required
•Work Location: Southern District
•Form 7 graduate or above with at least two years' experience in a customer service environment and any administrative experience would be an advantage; Fresh graduate will also be considered;
•Service oriented with strong interpersonal skills;
•Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English;
•Hands-on experience in MS Office;
•Creative, Outgoing personality, self-motivated, diligent and able to work independently;
•Willing to perform shift duty including Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays and night shift;
•Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
