Concierge (Shopping Mall)

- Provide customer service at Concierge counters
- Introduce value added services and handle customers’ inquiries
- Deal with promotional events and redemption activities
- Collect ideas/comments from tenants and customers and make recommendation
The Requirement
- F.6 or above
- 1 year relevant experience
- Initiative, self-discipline and service-oriented
- Good command in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
