To provide a high quality of concierge services to guests, be proactive to handle their needs and enquiries
Assist arrival and departure guests in baggage handling and accompany guests to assigned guest floors if they cannot handle too many baggages
Greet guests at hotel entrance and lobby area, offer assistance at driveway
Familiar with hotel’s surrounding areas and able to offer clear directions to guests
Able to lead the team as a role model
With pleasant service mindset and good attitude
Good spoken English and Chinese, should be an advantage with other spoken languages
Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills
Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry
Minimum 3 years work experience as Concierge - Team Leader in hotel
