We are now inviting positive, self motivated talent with a really approachable manner for the above challenging role at InterContinental Hong Kong:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the co-ordination of any guests' needs, special requests, and inquiries to ensure superior services and value for our guests
  • Assists all guest/s with basic inquiries and requests related to hotel facilities and it services
  • Collect, provide and maintain comprehensive updated “In the Know" knowledge

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in luxury hotel / hospitality industry preferred
  • Degree / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Excellent communication in English, Mandarin & Cantonese; additional language would be an advantage
  • Pleasant, presentable, confident with outgoing personality
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; proven team player
  • Able to work shift hours and overnight duties
