Set up and monitor different conferencing services in a helpful manner
Liaise with customers and satisfy their requirements in real-time
Integrate with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of quality services to our customers
Work on standby duty on weekend and may be Public Holidays
Fluent English and Mandarin
Certificate holder or above with 2 years’ customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Conference Coordinator
