Construction Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the performance of Consultants and Contractors with good quality, push the progress forward in a safe and timely manner.
  • Responsible for the overall construction life-cycle including planning, implementing, monitoring, etc.
  • Prepare tender and review technical submission.
  • Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing on site project objectives.
  • Review technical requirements, identify potential problems, provide expert technical advice, resolve technical problem with consultants and contractors.
  • Monitor and review site planning, construction program, sequence, quality and progress of works, and preparation of statutory submission by contractors.
  • Perform site supervision, oversee contractors’ performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
  • 10 years related experience with minimum 3 years in supervisory role;
  • Previous working experience with property developers is a must;
  • Membership of CIOB/HKIE or equivalent is an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
