  • Participate in HRIS projects including system implementation and technical support
  • Responsible for user training and documentation development
  • Provide professional advice and support to clients when necessary
  • Liaise with different internal parties to deliver services for clients


  • Diploma holder or above in Computer Science, IT, HR, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Knowledge in database management (MSSQL, Excel, etc.) is a MUST
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR or IT field
  • Experience in HRIS implementation and related legislation will be advantageous
  • Team player with strong communications skill and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Candidate with more experiences in project management can be considered as Senior position.
