Handle and supervise general operations of the banking center to ensure that regulatory compliance and the Bank's policies and procedures are strictly adhered
Coach and supervise associates at counter and operations to ensure efficiency and smooth running of the banking center
Cross-sell consumer banking products and make sales referrals
Ensure that the quality and performance standard at the frontline are delivered to the desirable result and mystery shop requirement
5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics
Minimum 8 years of experience in branch operations in which 4 years are at supervisory level
Familiar with consumer banking products and operation procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
Candidates with less relevant experience would be considered for the position of Assistant Operations Manager
