Job Description
  • Reporting to Head of Trade Marketing
  • Build and develop a long term plan and strategy for Channels’ Category development.
  • Lead Channels’ category management projects to optimize ranges and related merchandising in trade
  • Lead Channels’ strategy and reach alignment with internal partners (E.g. Marketing/ Finance/ Supply Chain)
  • Working alongside customer to translate consumer insights into strategies which drive respective category performance.
  • Lead Channels' 5Ps fundamentals – Product Ranging, Pricing, Merchanting and Promotions activities across channels.
  • Develop Channel BTL strategy in line with Brand strategy and ATL Plan
  • Track and optimize promotion efficiency and effectiveness in trade
  • Validate channel FC input for each accounts’ category vs marketing assumptions
  • Nurture trust relationships with vendors to achieve pricing and ensure the quality of services.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop BTL/ GTMR strategy aligning with Brand strategy and ATL Plan
  • Lead total Channel significant metrics aligning with multi-function
  • Lead communication between account managers and brand managers account managers
  • Lead & Manage category follow-up actions from multi-function
  • Validate sales FC inputs to ensure demand FC accuracy
  • Promotion efficiency tracking collaborate with account managers
  • Lead full-year promotion pack forecast with budgeting
  • Provide Brand-TM POSM design brief to the agency
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
Job Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing expert with FMCG or personal care industry exposure
  • Logical frame-working availability
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Demonstrate leadership for cross channel/function communication with setting clear operation standard
  • Comprehensive knowledge on Channel strategy and has capability to develop GTMR strategy & plan
