If you have some stock trading experience, this is an ideal opportunity to join our Contact Centre team. You will handle inbound stock order placement and investment inquiries from our Premier customers.

Joining our Contact Centre as a Contact Centre Officer, Investment Specialist, you will receive phone calls from Premier Banking customers, listen to and understand their needs, then provide high levels of service to resolve their enquiries, ideally on the first contact, by offering relevant investment services and solutions.

There will be individual performance expectations on investment products you successfully introduce to customers, and you will need to maintain operational risk control and compliance at all times, but we will provide you with thorough training on the full range of HSBC investment products and services necessary to perform in this role.

Qualifications - External

 

  • 香港中學會考(HKCEE) 五科合格,包括數學、中文或英文; 或持有香港中學文憑證書(HKDSE)或以上學歷
  • 良好的溝通能力,能操流利粵語、英語和普通話;
  • 具備在銀行或證券公司工作、與股票交易相關的經驗;
  • 持有香港證券及投資學會投資牌照,並通過從業資格卷一、卷七及卷八; 
  • 每週工作5天,能適應彈性輪班工作 (包括日、夜、週末及公眾假期)

  • A pass in HKCEE including Math’s plus Chinese or English, or a holder of HKDSE or above.
     
  • Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
     
  • Experience in stock trading execution, either within a bank or a securities firm.
     
  • Hold an investment license with the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1, 7 and 8.
     
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays with a five-day working week.
