  • Create high caliber content in English, establish strategies and oversee the editorial content function for Harvey Nichols, aiming to build relationship with customers across all online & offline communications, including but not limited to social media, e-newsletter, website, press release and marketing collaterals;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Beauty teams to develop content plan and identify appropriate content audience, channels, timing and message so as to ensure alignment of content marketing activities with brand and business objectives;
  • Conduct and support ongoing analysis of digital marketing and social media activities;
  • Closely work with digital agency to develop and execute digital and social media post;
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor degree or above in English / Communication / Journalism/ or related discipline; overseas educated will definitely be an advantage;
  • Excellent and native English written skill is a must; ideally with proficiency in Chinese;
  • Minimum 3-year relevant content editing & digital marketing experience; or solid knowledge of fashion & beauty;
  • Copy-writing & digital experience in PR or advertising agency is a definite advantage;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, well organized;
  • Positive, self-motivated, passionate with can-do attitude and independent;
  • Enthusiastic about educating and engaging fashionistas via creative content;
  • Digital savvy and passionate about fashion & beauty;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
