Contract Accounts Officer/ Clerk (6 Months Contract)

Main Responsibilities/Roles:

  • Assist in full sets of accounting records, perform month-end closing and reporting;
  • Handle daily routine general accounting duties, including clearing cheques processing, office payment, staff expenses reimbursement;
  • Perform daily Nostro accounts reconciliation and follow up discrepancies;
  • Ensure proper filing and record of accounting documents (i.e. daily vouchers, expenses invoice & customer information form etc.) in PDF format;
  • Support the audit by preparing various documentation for audit purpose; and
  • Handle other general accounting and ad hoc duties.


  • Degree Holder of finance, accounting or related disciplines;
  • At least 2 years working experiences in accounting;
  • Candidate with accounting exp. in other industries may also be considered;
  • Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill and a good team player;
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
