  • 5-day week


  • Provide general administration support
  • Perform document management including photocopying, data entry, scanning, filing and correspondence handling
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
  • Handle incoming calls and email enquiries from agency in a timely and professional manner
  • To input and update record accurately and meet the timeline
  • Assist ad hoc assignments as required by the supervisor


  • F.5 or above with minimum one year relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and a good team player with a positive attitude
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
