Contract Administrative Officer (Full-day / Half-day)

Responsibilities

  • Report to Chief Engineer in providing administrative support to Engineering Department
  • Prepare reports, files, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
  • Keep and monitoring the records of all Engineering inventories and stores
  • Liaise with Purchasing Department pretaining all purchase requests and orders
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • 1 year or above relevant working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • 6 months contract
