Contract Assistant Executive, Telemarketing (3-month contract)



The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in User Acceptance Test and other administration in the call centre.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for daily administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the call centre’s system upgrade based on defined test cases
  • Escalate issues to the supervisor as necessary
  • Support ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor


  • Secondary education, preferably with 1-2 years experience
  • Good command in both written & spoken English
  • Be responsible, positive, and detail-oriented
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g. WORD, EXCEL)
