Contract Assistant Manager, Policy Administration (9 - 10 Month Contract)

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for engaging into compliance related tasks, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) related policy review, performing AML regular review exercises and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high risk customers, as well as providing administrative support and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI, ACS, CAMS)
  • 7 years’ experience or above in life insurance, preferably in policy administration, of which 2 – 3 years in supervisory level
  • With AML related knowledge and working experience
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail minded and proactive, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
