Contract Assistant Officer - Customer Service Unit

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer services for MPF and ORSO business
  • Handle incoming calls and customers’ inquiries
  • Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties for resolving customer inquiries timely
  • Follow up with clients on various aspects related to MPF and ORSO scheme
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and digital service development
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma in business related disciplines
  • Min 1 year’s customer service experience in retirement industry preferable
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Attentive to details, independent and diligent
  • Good knowledge in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese typing a must
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
