CONTRACT BANK TEST MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solid knowledge of wealth management products (Securities, Cash, Forex, Structured Products, Money Markets, Derivatives, Fixed Income etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Front Office Client Services requirement (KYC, Client Onboarding, AML, Compliance and ORM)
  • Experience with Avaloq or equivalent platform
  • Prior experience in Channels testing (Client outputs/Statements and Advices)
  • Ability to design and execute Test Execution Plans, UAT Strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Design test cases from test scenarios
  • Decompose test cases into test steps
  • Create traceability matrix against business requirements
  • Explore alternative solutions based on business goals and benefit.
  • Support/test/coordinate on behalf of users, operations and testing team.
  • Effectively monitor test plan, test cases, test data and review interface testing between different applications where needed
  • Demonstrates expertise in broader front to back business process
  • Works closely with release PM to manage test scope
  • Mobilize the test team in a short span of time to effectively and efficiently execute the test plan
  • Correctly and clearly communicate status updates to stakeholders on a timely basis and manage escalations correctly
  • Manage vendors for defects by holding defect triage calls to ensure timely turnaround

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • More than 10 years of testing experience in the banking industry, with at least the last 3 years in a Test Manager role.
  • Structured, organized and results oriented approach, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and the ability to ensure high quality and consistency in the deliverables produced
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to use both written and oral communication to gain organizational support
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and deal with potential challenge / push back
  • Team player with high energy, drive and determination, and ability to manage and coach team of juniors
  • Knowledge of SDLC and proficiency in project management tools
  • Significant experience in managing complex testing projects
  • Proven leadership of functional teams in a matrix reporting organization
  • Experience working with HP ALM and JIRA

Salary: 7,000 to $11,000 Per Month
