Contract Business Planning Officer (Accounting / Finance)

  • Assist in daily financial / management accounting and payroll routines
  • Prepare staff cost, staff turnover and headcount support
  • Calculate commission payment/ Sales booster result for salesforce
  • Manage the scorecard for different teams and salesforce
  • Provide timely and accurate management information to the department
  • Responsible for performing market/trend analysis as well as developing various report for management evaluations
  • Engage in ad hoc project and reports


  • Higher diploma or above (preferably major in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration).
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in finance/banking industry
  • Experience in accounting/ payroll preparation/ MIS report
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and willing to meet tight deadline
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel is a definite advantage


Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
