Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy service and expertise advice on a diverse range of HR activities including organizational development, employee communication, compensation and benefits
  • Handle the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities including drafting job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, making offer and preparing employment contract
  • Oversee, organize and participate in various HR projects
  • Assist in formulating HR related policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ hands-on experience in HRM/HRD, preferably gained from sizable companies or from real estate Industry
  • Well-versed in various Hong Kong labor laws and regulations
  • Mature, self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
