Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and data input in daily operation of customer services team
  • Handle customer enquiries and proactively follow up with related parties
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Five day office works

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in banking and finance industry, credit card business is preferred
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Putunghua
  • Competent in MS Office applications
  • Immediate availability preferred 

Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
