Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark and monitor the Company’s service competitiveness
  • Prepare statistics and analysis reports
  • Analyze customer feedback and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement.
  • Liaise with both internal and external parties on workflow and system enhancement
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in banking / credit card business
  • Knowledge in card products, systems and operations is an advantage
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Putonghua is a must
  • Immediate availability preferred 

Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
