Contract Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and data input in daily operation of customer services team
  • Proactively follow up with related parties
  • Prepare statistics and analysis reports
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 years relevant working experience, knowledge and experience in credit card products is an advantage
  • Customer oriented with good interpersonal skills and detail-mind
  • Proficient in Chinese typing is preferred
  • Immediate availability preferred
     

Applicants for the above positions must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
