Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment logistics such as job posting, interview arrangement and record updates
  • Involve in employment lifecycle from on-boarding arrangement to exit arrangement
  • Maintain and update accurate personal records
  • Assist in preparing various HR reports
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Support in Part-time recruitment cycle
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and events as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed
  • Bachelor Degree or above, major in Human Resources / Business related disciplines
  • Outgoing with good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded and able to work under pressure
  • Good sense of confidentiality and responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Word, Power Point and Excel
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
