Contract Human Resources Business Partner (3 to 6 months)

  • 5-day week


  • Provide all-rounded HR advisory to designated Business/Support Units and actively engaging in the support of their business goal achievements, covering end-to-end recruitment services, manpower planning, staff engagement, staff relations, performance management and other people-related agenda 
  • Conduct all recruitment related activities such as drafting job advertisement, screening CV, conducting interview, preparing job offer package proposal, work visa application, etc. 
  • Assist Team Head to drive HR related initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects as mandated
  • Ensure all HR related activities are in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements


  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Around 5 years’ experience in HR with minimum 2 years’ experience in HRBP role, preferably in banking/financial services industry
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
