Contract It Support Analyst

  • Lead incident resolution and closure by coordinating with 1st and 3rd level technical teams, external partners and software vendors
  • Manage installation and configuration of software and hardware equipment according to KB standards
  • Responsible for 1st level incident management in Client OS and MS applications, software deployment and troubleshooting, LAN and wireless administration, network printing and other business critical applications
  • Responsible for administrating communication systems such as video conference, telephony, email and mobile devices
  • Provision of end user training and documentation


  • University in Information System or Computer Science
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • With good knowledge of Windows 10 and O365, Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, WINS, Windows 2008/2012 Server OS; server backup and IT infrastructure experience in a medium to large scale
  • Proficient in MS Office products
