Contract Office Administration Officer

Bank of Communications Trustee Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Support full spectrum of general office administrative duties including office supplies handling, office equipment, facilities maintenance & regular housekeeping
  • Liaise and cooperate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of projects
  • Assist to manage office renovation, relocation projects and seating plan arrangement
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers on service agreement and quotation
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 5 year working experience in office administration
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Perform multi-tasks and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Fluently spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferable
