Responsibilities:

  • Participate in preparing and/or checking portfolio valuation and compliance checking
  • Prepare financial statements and maintain proper accounting record for designated portfolios and funds such as retirement funds, regulated mutual funds etc.
  • Maintain a high degree of accuracy in preparation of statutory reports
  • Support the system/MPF platform implementation/enhancement
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
  • Min 2 years’ relevant experience in banking or financial services industry with experience in regulated mutual funds / MPF & ORSO Funds / Private Equity Funds’ operation
  • Good command of Chinese and English, Mandarin a plus
  • Details-oriented, excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Knowledge in Geneva is an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
