Contract Officer, Human Resources (1-year renewable contract)

  • Co-ordinate and manage human resources related matters including but not limited to recruitment and selection, staff relations and training
  • Monitor and support recruitment activities so as to provide effective strategies and services
  • Work closely with Company’s Human Resources Department and external agencies on the management of in-sourcing staff in order to ensure the compliance of related regulations and Company’s standard
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year relevant experience preferably in banking/financial industry and handling human resources related matter for sales team
  • Experience in financial sales industry will be an advantage
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Highly organized, able to work independently
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
