Responsibilities:

  • Process member enrolments, terminations, contributions in accordance with all regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies
  • Ensure to follow up outstanding issues and handle customer’s enquires on a timely and professional manner
  • Perform other job related duties or assist in ad-hoc projects as required
  • Assist in carrying out various functional testing for system enhancement purposes

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with minimum 4 years of pension fund administration is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in MPF and ORSO regulation is a must
  • Detail-oriented and good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • PC literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
