Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operation and service are delivered in a quality and timely manner
  • Develop operation flow and revise the procedure where applicable to streamline the work process
  • Handle special projects and conduct regular review to improve the effectiveness
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 5 years of relevant work experience in MPF administration
  • Excellent communication, people and project management skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred
