Contract Property Services Officers

The Job:

• Successful candidates will be on secondment to the Hong Kong Housing Authority on contract basis.
• 6 months renewable contract.
  
   

  Qualifications and Experience:

• Holder of Higher Diploma / Associate Degree, or 
• Level 3 or above in five subjects in HKDSEE, which may include Chinese Language and English Language, or
• Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in HKALE and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in HKCEE, whcih may include Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent, and 
• Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills in writing and verbal contacts 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Cooperative, willing to learn, ready to shoulder responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available preferred
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
