RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform meal preparation and ensure quality is up to the hotel standard
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate holder in catering operations or relevant disciplines is an advantage
  • 1-2 year’s relevant working experience in F&B (experience in hospitality industry is preferred)
  • Knowledge of food preparation
  • Passionate in food and strong commitment to food quality
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Shift duty is required (Morning Shift: 05:00-14:00)

  • 食材預備及製作,並確保達到酒店既定水平
  • 保持廚房整潔衛生

 

工作要求:

  • 具備飲食業或相關證書者優先考慮
  • 一至二年餐飲工作經驗 (具酒店相關工作經驗者優先考慮)
  • 懂製作食物
  • 追求並對製作優質食物有熱誠
  • 良好粵語及英語
  • 需輪班工作 (早更: 05:00-14:00)
