Perform meal preparation and ensure quality is up to the hotel standard
Maintain kitchen hygiene
Certificate holder in catering operations or relevant disciplines is an advantage
1-2 year’s relevant working experience in F&B (experience in hospitality industry is preferred)
Knowledge of food preparation
Passionate in food and strong commitment to food quality
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
Shift duty is required (Morning Shift: 05:00-14:00)
