Follow the instruction of Pastry Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
Responsible for production of pastry items under guidance of Pastry Sous Chef
Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen
Having formal trainings in cookery or relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments will be an advantage
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
Fresh graduates are also welcomed
