Responsibilities:

  • Follow the instruction of Pastry Chef and ensure kitchen’s SOP is closely adhered to hotel standard
  • Responsible for production of pastry items under guidance of Pastry Sous Chef
  • Enforce safe working practices and cleanliness standards in kitchen

Requirements:

  • Having formal trainings in cookery or relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments will be an advantage
  • Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and fair command of English
  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed

  • 確保廚房安全運作及清潔

入職要求:
