Job Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with other departments in any logistics issue raised from launch of new products and services to ensure customer oriented procedures are in place
  • Co-ordination and liaison with external vendor for project implementation
  • Preparation of management reports
  • Project management on various ad hoc projects

Job Requirement:

  • Tertiary education or Degree holder
  • At least 1 years’ relevant customer service experience 
  • Strong customer service sense
  • Hands-on experience in PC operation (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
