Reply all inquiries with target to convert potential ones to confirm bookings
Handle negotiation on new bookings and renewals
Conduct telemarketing cold calls to explore new clients
Maintain relationship with corporate appointed relocation agents to capture incremental market share of business from competitors
Input data to PMS system
Conduct market search and report on competitors activities
Review rentals and rates on a regular basis to seize opportunities for incremental revenue with approval from the management
Prepare reports for monthly submission of financial results to the management
Handle customers’ complaints and special requests.
Support the sales team as and when required
Diploma or equivalent, preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in real estate or hospitality
Strong interpersonal skill
Good computer knowledge
Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English
