Handle leasing inquiries, lease negotiation and tenancy administration
Input accurate data to HIS/ PMS system
Maintain good relationship with corporate clients and relocation agents
Handle customers’ special requests and complaints
Account for achieving sales targets
Cooperate and liaise with other departments to maintain high service standard
Conduct site inspection for potential clients when required
Conduct telemarketing cold calls to explore new clients
Support the sales team as and when required
Conduct market research and compile various reports
Degree Holder, preference in Real Estate or Hotel Management
Minimum two years of relevant experience in real estate or hospitality
Strong interpersonal skill
Self-motivated and detailed-minded
Good computer knowledge
Excellent spoken and written communications skills in English and Putonghua
Less experience will be considered as Officer / Coordinator
