Core Business Services – Administration – Administrative Officer (Procurement)

Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Handle User enquiry for product specification and price checking
  • Source suppliers, conducting cost comparison and analysis for special purchase or service, e.g. office equipment etc.
  • Negotiate on pricing with new suppliers
  • Review and update Supplier information for pre-qualification process
  • Check invoices and delivery note for payment purpose
  • Assist in ad hoc procurement activities

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Form five or above, with minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Good influencing and stakeholder management
  • Business level English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills – written and oral
