Job summary


The FSO Asia-Pacific Accounts and Business Development (BD) team is looking for a high caliber Campaign Enablement Manager. Reporting to the Accounts Strategy and Operations Leader, this individual will work with campaign leaders, BD team, and various stakeholders to support the execution of Go-to-market (GTM) Campaigns across the FSO region. This is a high visibility position, providing a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with Asia-Pacific senior leadership team in a fast-paced environment and gain a strong understanding of EY Financial Services business in Asia-Pacific.?


Key responsibilities


  • Work with Accounts Strategy and Operations Lead to drive campaign go-to-market strategy across the region
  • Support Campaign Leaders on assigned campaigns, supporting them on campaign management
  • Work with campaign leader and account teams to review and identify opportunities, and proactively follow up with respective parties on action items
  • Coordinate and arrange papers for regular calls/correspondence with region/country campaign leader
  • Coordinate gathering of collateral from campaign team and accounts and circulate best practice – connect to EY Knowledge and ensure credentials are gathered and shared
  • Work with BD team to ensure flow of information and follow up on pursuit opportunities
  • Monitor Campaign budget and resources for campaigns
  • Collate investment asks and follow up
  • Track goals on campaigns in accounts?


Qualifications, Education and Certification


To qualify, candidates must have:


  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with relevant postgraduate/professional qualification is desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in project management, business development, operations and/or consultancy
  • Professional Services industry related knowledge/experience and commercial acumen
  • Understanding of EY organization (Global, Areas, Regions, Service Lines and Functions) is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Asia-Pacific FSO priorities and key solutions and value propositions (although this can be developed)
  • Experience with proven track record in supporting execution and delivery of campaigns across multi-disciplinary solutions, client issues and geographies
  • Proven ability in data analysis and reporting with strong attention to detail and data integrity
  • Profession and confidence with first rated interpersonal skills
  • Work on own initiative unsupervised and ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritize effectively
  • Eagerness to contribute in a virtual team environment and ability to work cooperatively with other teams across Asia-Pacific, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Service-orientated personality, proficient at delivering high quality work within deadlines
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Chinese language a plus.
