Key responsibilities

  • The incumbent will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to our Partner and Directors of GCO, liaising with other departments and handling correspondences
  • Provide daily work support for the Managers and Senior Managers, including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement
  • Help Legal Counsels prepare articles/materials for presentation, by researching current law
  • Help organizing signing of internal documents
  • Provide coordination support for some programs or systems

To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least?6 years' relevant experience in supporting senior management
  • Hands on PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Able to work independently and a good team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
