Corporate Access Assistant (Banking)

Our client, an investment bank, is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the position:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Department Head to implement and execute internal / external events, roadshows and conferences
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and monthly newsletters
  • Organizing staff events, handling event day logistics and ordering corporate gifts
  • Provide admin. support to other team members
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Journalism or Translation
  • 2 years+ working experience in event management in Banking / Financial Institute
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin (MUST)
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Can work under pressure with flexibility and handle multi tasks in a fast pace
  • A good team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, hardworking and responsible
  • Organize and attention to detail
  • Immediate available preferred
