Our client is a company located in Central, they provide corporate services, fund services, corporate advisory and business enterprise solutions. They are urgently looking for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join their company, candidate with excellent performance may have chance to convert to permanent staff after few months.

Job Duties

  • Formation, management and administration of Hong Kong, Cayman Island and British Virgin Islands companies, limited partnerships etc., and other jurisdictions
  • Organizing the maintenance of documentation and filing requirements for such companies in accordance with the laws of the respective countries
  • Filing and administration, including data entry and maintenance in the entity management software
  • Client liaison
  • Collection, monitoring and review of client due diligence (CDD) documents in line with the company's compliance policy and procedures
  • Assistance with invoicing and timekeeping
  • Carrying out the instructions of management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant area
  • Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
  • Well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available or can start within short notice preferred
