Our client is a company located in Central, they provide corporate services, fund services, corporate advisory and business enterprise solutions. They are urgently looking for a Corporate Administrative Assistant to join their company, candidate with excellent performance may have chance to convert to permanent staff after few months.
Formation, management and administration of Hong Kong, Cayman Island and British Virgin Islands companies, limited partnerships etc., and other jurisdictions
Organizing the maintenance of documentation and filing requirements for such companies in accordance with the laws of the respective countries
Filing and administration, including data entry and maintenance in the entity management software
Collection, monitoring and review of client due diligence (CDD) documents in line with the company's compliance policy and procedures
Assistance with invoicing and timekeeping
Carrying out the instructions of management
Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant area
Excellent command of both written English and Chinese
Well-organized, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
Immediately available or can start within short notice preferred
