Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute the corporate communications strategies to enhance internal and external communication with different stakeholders to strengthen the image and reputation of the Association
  • Create and prepare communications collaterals including corporate brochures, papers, reports, minutes, letters, speeches and articles
  • Organize events and activities including but not limited to business awards, PR events, dinner functions, seminars and company visits
  • Provide secretariat services for the conduct of Council and Committee meetings as well as the Annual General Meetings
  • Perform company secretarial duties and supervisory duties

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • At least 5 years’ working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as SEO
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in board and committee work in professional associations or NGOs
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (with IELTS 7.5 or above)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, organizational, writing and presentation skills
  • Independent and highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability
  • Sound PC knowledge (MS office)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
