Co-ordinate and support corporate communications projects and internal communications activities
Assist in planning and executing a wide range of corporate, CSR and staff engagement events
Assist in handling media relations and perform news monitoring
Provide copywriting, translation and editing support for corporate communications materials
Monitor and liaise with service vendors and contractors to ensure that outputs/services are delivered in accordance with the corporate standard
Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Degree holder in Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in banks or financial institutions
Knowledge of event management, CSR or print/multimedia production will be an advantage
Pro-active with can-do and creative mindset
A team player with good people and project management skills, detail-oriented, independent and self-motivated
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
